Trino · ADLS Gen2 · Purview
Data platform
I run query engines and a governed lakehouse on Azure: Trino over Data Lake Gen2, catalog and lineage in Purview. Every number a dashboard shows can be traced back to its source.
Node 01 · Source · rider #001
Data engineer who rides. I build the pipelines that turn raw signal into something useful, then point them at the things I love: motorcycles, and everything above them.
This one runs from a bike in the Himalaya to orbit.
Hold for sound (the 890's twin, synthesised) · scroll to run the pipeline
Node 02 · Ingest
Every dot is a real place I collected, cleaned and geocoded across all 28 states.
I scraped and stitched together sources no single map had: routes, passes, fuel, permits and hidden gems. The raw crawl was ~75 GB. What survived is a catalog a rider can actually trust.
14,738 places
3,246 routes
The dataset behind MotoGenie, snapped to a 5 km grid for this view. Enriched with regions, seasons, permits, altitude and a rule-based ride score.
Node 03 · Enrich · Manali → Khardung La
This ridge is real: the elevation profile of the Manali to Khardung La route in my dataset, 378 km, topping out at 5,411 m.
Enrichment is where a pipeline earns its keep. I join each route against altitude, season windows and permit zones, so the app can warn you before the road does.
Δ 5.4 km vertical
Altitude, seasonality and inner-line permits, computed per route. Steps like enrich_altitude and enrich_permits run over the whole catalog.
Node 04 · Model
Points snap into a schema. This is the day job: lakehouses, star schemas and catalogs that stay correct at scale.
Trino · ADLS Gen2 · Purview

Python · dbt · Claude skill
AI-assisted data modeling from the terminal: profile a schema, find normal-form violations from 1NF to BCNF, design a star schema, and generate a dbt project that passes validation.
FastAPI · Postgres · deterministic engine
An AI-native platform for India's civil contractors, built around government RA-billing. Money is integer paise and a deterministic engine computes every number; the model never does. 1,000+ tests, tenant isolation, bilingual audited PDFs.
Docker · Trino · Azure
A reproducible Trino 474 deployment with a Hive file metastore and native ADLS Gen2 access, with example SQL for external schemas and tables.
Node 05 · Serve
The pipeline lights up a network. Modelled data flows into apps riders use and into tools that let AI do real work.
iOS · Android · Gemini
The rider-facing product on top of all of the above: live GPS ride tracking, group rides, Live Activities, and Genie, an AI co-rider built on Gemini that answers with the catalog behind it.
Claude · Codex · OpenCode · PyPI
Share a coding-agent session through the git repo you already use. One push becomes a redacted transcript a teammate on any agent can pull into their own chat.
MCP · TypeScript
Lets an assistant search, read and update data-catalog metadata, so governance can happen in the same chat as the query.
Web · CLI · PyPI
Turn a Google Maps route into a GPX file for the long ride, with a motorcycle routing mode.
Flutter · edge · in design
A vault where creators store AI prompts and publish any of them as a paid deep-link. Local-first app, a Cloudflare edge link-and-click pipeline, and anti-fraud rules. In design; the full blueprint is written.
Node 06 · Launch · additive, layer by layer
Rockets got me first. Now it's 3D printing: building something one layer at a time until it can fly.
It's the same instinct as a pipeline. Small layers, each one verified before the next goes down, until the whole thing holds together and leaves the ground.
100 km Kármán line
7.8 km/s to stay up
The rocket prints itself as you scroll, then launches.
Node 07 · Sink · orbit

Want to build a pipeline, ride somewhere, or talk rockets?
Try this: W wheelie at the start · R run log · type launch anywhere
